Natalie Chase, Esq., is a licensed attorney in Colorado, practicing in county and district courts, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Colorado Supreme Court. Her diverse focus includes domestic relations, dependency & neglect, criminal justice, defense, and litigation. Ms. Chase is also the presiding judge for Deer Trail and a substitute referee for Fort Collins.

Ms. Chase served as a district court judge from 2014 to 2021 in the 18th Judicial District of Colorado, handling domestic relations, dependency & neglect, adoptions, juvenile, and criminal cases. She founded the Safe Babies Court and taught lawyers about evidence rules and domestic relations law. With a 95% affirmation rate from the Colorado Court of Appeals, her decisions were highly respected. After her judicial tenure and joining The Law Firm of Hampton & Pigott, she partnered with Pradhan & Backus, serving as a Senior Attorney Advisor. In this role, she leverages her extensive judicial experience to provide strategic guidance and insights, helping clients navigate complex legal challenges by understanding what judges seek in various cases. Previously, Ms. Chase owned a law practice, was President of the Arapahoe County Bar Association, co-founded the 18th Judicial District's Veteran's Court, and led a legislative group securing over $2 million for domestic violence victims' legal services. She also served as a substitute judge for Glendale, Colorado. Ms. Chase's commitment to helping those in need is unparalleled.

She has received numerous accolades, including Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Colorado from the National Trial Lawyers Association, the Charles Dillon Award for Outstanding Public Service from the Arapahoe County Bar Association, Top 40 under 40 from the National Trial Lawyers Association, and the Tommy D. Drinkwine Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year.

Ms. Chase graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 2003. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver in 2000, triple majoring in Political Science, Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology, and Communications. She was Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta, a school newspaper writer, and a Panhellenic Committee member.
